Below are the Setup times for all of our shows.
Important Note:  Any booth not occupied 1 hour before opening time on the first day of show will be given to standby dealers.  (Unless you have prepaid)
Louisville, KY
 All Single Wing Shows  (1 Building)
 Drive-In:
 Large Trucks / Vehicles w/ Trailers - Midnight - 1:00am (Early Fri. Morning) 
Smaller Trucks / Vans / Cars - 1:00am - 2:00 am  / 6:30 am - 11:00 am
No Large Vehicles or Trailers allowed to drive in after 1:00 am Fri. Morn.
 Carry-In:
You may carry or cart in your merchandise from 6:30 am on Fri. Morning

Labor Day and New Years Shows (2 wings)
Drive-In - DAY BEFORE SHOW ONLY!
Large Trucks / Vehicles w/ Trailers - 11:00am - 2:00 p.m. (Day Before Show)
Smaller Trucks / Vans / Cars - 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 pm. (Day Before Show)
All Dealers must be out of the building by 7:00 p.m. 
Carry/Cart-In:
Dealers may carry or cart in merchandise from 9:00 a.m - 11:00am on the morning of the show.   Doors open to the public at Noon.

Christmas Show
Drive-In - SMALL VEHICLES ONLY! - NO TRAILERS!
Thursday - Noon - 8:00 p.m.
 Carry/Cart-In:
Dealers with larger vehicles and/or trailers must carry/cart-in.  Times are:  Thursday - Noon - 8:00 p.m. & Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Loading Dock Available for Loading and Unloading
Knoxville, TN Drive-In:
Large Trucks / Vehicles w/ Trailers - 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (Friday Morning)
Smaller Trucks / Vans / Cars - 10:00 a.m. - Noon (Friday Morning)
 Carry/Cart-In:
Dealers may carry or cart in merchandise from 8:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m Friday.   Doors open to the public at 3:00 p.m..
Indianapolis, IN Carry/Cart-In Only!
Dealers may begin load in at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning.  The show opens to the public at Noon.
 Thanksgiving Show Only - Load-In begins at 7:00 a.m.
Ft. Wayne IN Drive-In - Subject to Size Restrictions!
Drive in allowed from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Fri.  Doors open to the public at 3:00 p.m.
 Carry/Cart-In
Dealers may carry or cart in merchandise from 9:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m. on Friday morning as well.
